Barry Pawlowski
With 23 years of title experience, Barry Pawlowski has been trading as Title-Man since 1995. Initially, he was searching titles in Middlesex and Somerset Counties. He started writing title insurance and experienced searching in 18 of New Jersey's 21 counties. Following that, he moved to New York City for 5 years. While in NYC, Barry became a certified paralegal, examining title reissues in New York County Department. He researched title in all five boroughs, Westchester and Long Island counties. Upon his return to New Jersey, Barry searched title in the County Clerk's office, examining titles for the production of title insurance and acquiring knowledge for settlement procedures for closings. From 1995 through 2001, he owned and operated an independent abstract company, searching in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. In 2002, Barry became a full time closer, assisted in the opening of a small title agency, and worked part-time as a settlement clerk preparing closing packages and HUD-1 settlement statements. During 2005, he became involved with the daily operation of a small title insurance agency and remains an independent settlement closer and title insurance consultant.
Catherine Rhoades
Catherine Rhoades has been in the title industry for five years. Catherine is a licensed Title Agent and Notary Public. After graduating from Rutgers University she began work as a Title Officer and office manager for a title insurance agency. Catherine has experience in issuing commitments, policies, clearing up title issues and a concentration in the closing and post closing department. In 2007, Catherine joined the team at Triax Title Services as the office manager and she also heads the closing department and escrow reconciliation.

Kate Mancini
Kate Mancini resides in Colts Neck, New Jersey. She holds a double degree in business/accounting from P.I.T. University, Pittsburgh.
In the past she has worked in Manhattan for a worldwide sales agency as well as many other sales positions nationwide. After getting married and starting a family she pursued an alternative degree in education and taught art at a private school in the Rumson area for many years. She is very excited to have the opportunity to continue challenging herself and to embrace new opportunities. She is confident that, her life experiences, together with her desire to strive for perfection will make for a winning combination for both her co-workers and clients alike.
Robert Lame, Sr.
Robert Lame, Sr. comes from a very successful management background. He has managed and operated 5 different retail businesses over the course of 26 years. He decided to step away from retail so that he could work with Triax Title and help bring Triax some of the success that he was able to achieve as a manager. He brings all of his management skills with him including his ability to conceive and then implement long term plans and his adeptness at contract negotiation. He is a hands on sales person who will not hesitate to help his clients out in any way that he can.
Tarin Rhoades
Tarin graduated from Rutgers University in 2002. After graduating, Tarin became a Loan Processor for a major mortgage corporation. In 2003, she moved to San Diego, where she continued her career in the financial sector as an Escrow Coordinator for the nation’s largest, premium interiors partner to the building industry. Tarin’s clients included some of the largest construction management firms, real estate developers, and commercial contractors in the nation. In 2007, with many years of professional experience under her belt, she moved back to New Jersey and became a licensed Title Producer for Triax Title Services, LLC, where she examines and produces title insurance. |
